The Intersection of Humanity and AI

Grateful Reflection: My Blog’s Journey and Future Plans

Hey friends,

Just popping in with a little update, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Since launching this blog in March, it’s been a whirlwind of ideas, reflections, and tech tools (seriously… who knew I’d have so much to say about Slidesgo and chicken salad?). I’ve loved writing for all of you each week, and I’m so thankful for your support, your shares, and your DMs that remind me this work matters.

But even bloggers need a breather sometimes.

I’m taking a short summer break to step back, refresh, and prepare for what’s next in my blogging life, and yes, there’s more to come. A lot more.

So here’s what you need to know:

🔹 “Teach and Tech Tuesday” will return on August 19. Mark your calendars! I’ll be back with more thoughtful, honest, and sometimes hilariously unhinged reviews of AI tools and edtech gems.

🔹 I’m expanding my work to offer services for educators and professionals. This summer, I’ll be building out some offerings that I’m genuinely excited about:

  • Professional development focused on AI in education
  • Keynote speeches and workshop facilitation
  • Support for educators and thought leaders who want to start their own blog or digital platform (yes, even if you’re not blogging about AI. I see you, classroom decor queens, curriculum nerds, and even non-educators)

🔹 Friday Reflections will get a fresh twist this fall. Don’t worry. They’re not going anywhere. But I’m working on a new angle to keep them fresh, meaningful, and just the right amount of sassy.

I believe in the power of educators sharing their voices, learning new tools without fear, and building communities that are smart, kind, and a little bit nerdy. So this break? It’s not about slowing down. It’s about gearing up for something more intentional, more aligned, and (hopefully) more helpful to this incredible community.

Thank you for walking with me through this first season of blogging life. Keep an eye on the site for updates, and know that I’m still around, cheering for you and dreaming big.

Until then: enjoy your summer, soak up the sun, and take a little break of your own.

In solidarity and sunscreen,
Paula
